8th EUROPEAN REGIONAL MEETING - FILM: This meeting had the purpose to discuss what "Decent Work" means, focused on it's conditions and, particularly, on Hand-made work /workers. The animated painting brushes effect and the rough style, was the base concept-option to introduce the theme for this Meeting.
